Tagliatelle with rocket and chees
portion for: 2 / difficulty: hard / time: 1 h
Roast the sunflower seeds and chopped nuts on a dry pan. Crush them in a mortar, add oil, chopped tomatoes, rocket, garlic, pepper and finely grated cheese (leave some to sprinkle the dish). Cook the pasta, drain it and add olive oil from tomatoes, mix and put on a plate. Pour over with sunflower pesto, add olives and fresh rocket leaves. Put the bowl with grated cheese next to it for sprinkling.
- 1 tagliatelle pasta
- 2 handfuls of fresh rocket
- 2 dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed
- 3 walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil from the tomatoes
- 1 small hot pepper
- 10 black olives
- 10 dag Salami cheese
- Salt, pepper
