Fried millet balls with salami
portion for: 3 / difficulty: easy / time: 1 h
Boil water with a bit of salt, add millet and cook on low heat for ca. 15 minutes, mixing. Take the pan from the stove, add butter and grated cheese, knead into a homogenous dough, form balls, cover with breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until gold.
Serve with sour cream and dried fruit.
- 300 g of millet
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 10 dag Salami cheese
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
