Cheese tart

Fry 4 slices of bacon, put aside. Put French puff pastry into the baking tin and form an edge. Put slices of smoked ham on the entire surface. Mix eggs with cream and whip well. Add coarsely grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Heat the oven to 210 ˚C, bake the pastry for 10 minutes with bacon and then pour the mixture onto it. Put back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold with garlic mayonnaise.
