Cheese and rice croquettes

Cook the rice and mix with 1 tablespoon of butter. Use the other spoon of butter to glaze onion. Mix rice, onion, eggs and old cheese. Season to taste and make a dough. Form round croquettes, roll them in bread crumbs and fry until gold. Serve as a side dish to the main course or separately with tartar sauce.
