Cheese and potato pancakes

Mix the sour cream and horseradish to a homogenous dressing. Put aside. Dice the cheese finely. Make a dough of the mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, mustard and eggs. Form round pancakes, flatten them and fry in a hot mixed fat. Serve with horseradish sauce, mustard and chives. You can also grill lemon chunks on a dry pan, which will make it more fragrant, and hence adds a twist to the dish.
- Mashed potatoes
- made of 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of French mustard
- (with whole grains)
- 10 dag Salami cheese
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of sour 18% cream
- 2 large teaspoons of grated horseradish
- Frying oil and butter
