Just like in the United States and parts of Europe sandwiches are kings, sandwiches rolled in tortillas, piadinas, wraps and tacos are also very popular. These Middle East and Asian born sandwiches are everywhere in this more oriental part of Europe. Offering the same convenience with grabbing and safer when it comes to sauces, the wrap can be filled with anything you want. We put the cheese on the wrap along with ham, lettuce, slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and whatever we come up with, drizzle with sauce, fold the bottom part of the wrap (which forms a safe bottom)... and roll it. It stays together, bites are easy and the last one of them is the juiciest bit full of sauce.
