Bread soup with cheese croutons

Cook the beef broth with soup vegetables and spices. Remember to burn the onion for the broth. Spread butter on both sides of half of the bread slices and fry them on a dry pan. Next, rub them with garlic while hot and sprinkle with grated cheese. Press down with your hand and cut into four pieces. Cut the remaining slices and put them in a soup plate. Pour the soup and put the croutons on top.
