Apple and orange salad

Drench the raisins in brandy, leave for several minutes. Cut the cheese and ham into blocks like chips. Roughly chop peeled apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the orange with a sharp knife, cut out the slices from the membranes or peel the chunks of orange neatly, squeeze the juice from what is left and mix with mayonnaise. Slice figs, cut dates into halves lengthwise. Put the lettuce mix, chunks of celery on the plate, then put out the cheese and ham, sprinkle with raisins, dates and fig slices. Drizzle with mayonnaise sauce. You can use any lettuce and any dried fruit and nuts.
