What is good in cheese?

Thanks to the fact that cheese contains a lot of milk – up to 10 litres of milk per 1 kg of cheese – it is filled with calcium. Cheese should be part of everyday diet as 100 g of yellow cheese contains 100% of the recommended daily portion of calcium, that is 867 mg of calcium!

By comparison – a glass of milk contains as much calcium as 2 slices of yellow cheese. Calcium is very important for the human body. Thanks to it our bones, hair and nails are strong. It should be consumed not only by children and elderly people! And do you know that yellow cheese prevents tooth decay? Dentists recommend to eat a slice of cheese after each meal as it stops the formation of acids which destroy the enamel.
