Vitamins in cheese?

The good news is definitely the fact that almost everyone can eat cheese!

Allergies to milk protein occur only in 2–3% of the population, and allergies to yellow cheese are even rarer. This is because of the breakdown of protein in the process of cheese maturing, thanks to which cheese does not contain lactose.
You already know that thanks to the content of 10 litres of milk per 1 kg, cheese is a natural source of calcium.
But this is not all – cheese is also a vitamin bomb!

Yellow cheese contains vitamin A which is good for the eyes and a number of vitamins from group B.
It also contains zincs, sulphur, a macronutrient responsible for building organism cells.
You can also find monounsaturated fatty acids in cheese which help to maintain appropriate cholesterol level. And last but not least – yellow cheese is an excellent source of whole protein.
