Cheese rolls with sauerkraut

Dice the onion into fine cubes, glaze it on butter. Cook sauerkraut, drain it and chop, add onion, chopped peppers and tomatoes, spice it with pepper, mix and fry one more time with some butter. Prepare pieces of aluminium foil and place cheese slices on it. Put a spoon of the filling on every cheese slice, roll it tightly into foil like candy. Cook, or actually steam it for 10 minutes in boiling water, turning it over. Take out, leave for 4–5 minutes, unwrap and serve with cranberry sauce. Cranberry sauce: Melt honey in a pot, add cranberry and horseradish. Fry together.
